Would you like to take care of the office, the team, reservations in all sorts and our office environment? Then this is the job you are looking for!
Are you able to handle multiple tasks at the same time? We are looking for someone that can take care of the team lunches, teambuilding events, all sorts of reservations (i.e. hotel, restaurant, flights) but also handling administrational tasks in all sorts of ways. You can help with administrational HR-tasks + recruitment and you’ll be taking care of contracts and other documents. Internally and externally, so one day you will contact someone for legal or accountancy, the other day you will be calling with the office in the Netherlands for new colleagues in the Moldova office.
You will be responsible for facility in and around the office and a lot of all-round stuff, stock office supplies and you’ll be coordination our relocation.
On a daily basis you’ll be answering the phone, managing mailboxes, answering mail and helping with providing contracts, following up on hiring notifications, providing a social calendar for the team and yourself and making yes-able proposals for yourself and the team. You’ll be the link between the office in Moldova and the office in the Netherlands.
