Service & Support Specialist

Position located in Chișinău, Moldova

As Service & Support Specialist you contribute to creating a “unique and exceptional employment journey” for our agency workers and payroll employees. You will be responsible for delivering an excellent service to our clients and employees.You will be doing this by meticulously executing administrative duties and helping the Service & Support team with a well-organized administration

But, what will you be doing exactly?

Upon starting as Service & Support Specialist at Payingit, you will have basic responsibilities that you will be working on a day to day basis. To give you an overview of the most important ones:

• See to it that employees are paid correctly;
• Processing changes and questions of clients, employees and colleagues;
• Drawing up and offering employment contracts;
• Applying the 4-eye principle on all activities;
• Signaling bottlenecks inside the working process;
• Placing employees at clients;
• Signing up new employees;
• Processing hours worked.
